By using the Konkan Spices website and placing orders, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are freshly prepared in limited batches. We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via PhonePe.
• If payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled. Any deducted amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Limitation of Liability

Konkan Spices is a food product. Please check ingredients for allergens before consumption. We are not liable for allergic reactions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
